Sometimes I wonder if this is how things were meant to be I thought we'd last forever I hope this isn't just a phase and that we'll grow apart and eventually fade from each other's memories this is the thought that often makes me afraid when I talk to you your voice sounds distant and college is approaching I'm afraid the calls will eventually stop your liked by many loved by plenty and you choose me beyond the rest to be your best friend I f.u.c.k.e.d up that spot a little bit I know But I love you more than anyone else I can't see myself moving on with life without you moving on with me Sometimes I wonder if this how things were meant to be You moving on and leaving me behind I wonder if I will even cross your mind in your new life
