I abandon my struggle, withdraw myself totally,
into the bottomless abyssal waters of the ocean;
Floating, borne along the currents, alone and adrift,
the never ending battle with life withers away.
O, the murmuring waves ~~
Crumbling, falling to fragments are my worries,
I let myself free fall, plunge into the dark unknown;
A lone drifter, a wanderer, I waft into the deep blue abyss,
no bonds hold me, no chains or bindings tether me.
O, the murmuring waves ~~
And in this vision, I surface the oceans cadence,
I glisten with water droplets, long raven hair drenched;
Outstretching my hands to the brilliant, shining sun, I rise up,
a beautiful bird gliding along with the undulating waves.
O, the murmuring waves ~~
