A well written tribute to a father you admired for the example he set of living a good life. The picture shows the kind of father he was, a real family man. This is my first visit to your poetry, but I'll be back. A poet friend in Texas, Bill

Line, your father sounds like someone I would like to have known. Beautiful tribute, touching in its simplicity and depth. "A MacGyver" paints quite a picture.

Beautiful eulogy, for your father I presume. "A macgyver" - I am going to have to look this up, unless it is a last name?

Thanks, Caren, for your much appreciated visit and comment. I'm sure you will love the word and adopt it. It was made popular by the TV series. It refers to someone who is creative, inventive and innovative.
