Above the clouds
where the angels sing
you will often here the jingling
of keys, means Peter is about
someone is waiting to come in
What are the virtues to gain access
being a goody two shoes
all of your life
I think not, being bad is no sin
not a reason for not going in
But bad isn’t BAD just a little off course
you have redeemed that by being nice
to that old lady you helped with her shop
cos you have a ring through your nose
doesn’t mean you’re no good to help
The good ones, well the door will open
no pain
what have you missed
by not being naughty sometime
no chance again.
My moral is being good is great
live a bit too
just a little bit bad,
does no harm to you
as long as you live and love and care
Peter’s jingling keys will always be there
