Loving Silence
Silence is such a soothing sound
something I love to hear
it brings music to my ears
takes away my inward fear
Its message is only inward
outward has no sound
where else can I go
to find silence all around
Why do I like this?
something so unreal
this is nor norm
but it has such appeal
Can this really make sense?
human sense that is
to want total silence
is one an unanswered quiz?
Yea we are a strange bunch
not everything is sane
so mixed and confused
all within a brain
