Those Hushing Stars
Oh how you made those stars hush in the middle of the night Those hushing stars are gone now, can't see their mellow light. A mellow light so gentle that filtered through my blinds Casting its glow upon my hair, upon my face, within my noichettes eyes. Oh that warming glow how it made me dream How it made me dance, How it made me feel. I travelled distant places on your silver wheel. Those hushing stars are gone now, can't see their mellow light Alone I lay in my bed, Alone I taste the night I taste the night so dark, I taste its freezing chill I smell the fading memories upon my windowsill. Memories of jasmines that climbed into my arms Memories of death's breath that birthed in our hearts. Death so unexpected like hundred moods of rain Rain which poured in my thought each letter of your name Each letter whispered softly like descending mist Mist that covered my lips before they have been kissed. Those hushing stars are gone now, can't see their mellow light Those hushing stars are there now, sweet falling by your side. They 're falling on your pillow like feathers of a swan Just think of me and hold them before they will move on .
