Spiders On a Plane
Poet heads up: No real spiders were used in the making of this poem. All females sitting on a plane, with the male pilot at the helm, were sitting there having a drink and chatting on their way to a getting over your phobias convention, when all of a sudden they felt something creepy and crawly crawl up their legs which was really quite frightening since most of them suffered from arachnophobia, the tarantulas had been on their way in the cargo bay to star in a horror movie, somehow they got out and decided they wanted to play and made their way to the ladies who were still wearing their seat belts, the ladies jumped up out of their seats and started to screech and act crazy, a couple of them including the flight attendants fainted being frightened out of their wits because they couldn't handle the fight or flight situation, with no bug spray or swatters anywhere they only had one means of mass destruction, so they all took off their high heels and started to feel brave like an exterminator as they quickly slaughtered one by one the big hairy creepy tarantulas, and as the plane landed the pilot went in the back and wondered what happened noticing all the carnage, with some ladies still slumped over, while the brave ladies gave each other a high five and left the plane with a big smile leaving behind all the spider carcasses. This spider episode also helping to end many of the women's arachnophobia!
