What You Don'T Want To Happen To You.
I woke up thinking where am I and how did I get here. There was no trace of what happened last night. But all I know is that something happened that was recall bad. Because I felt empty. Lost. I ran out the door of the room noticing I was at my neighbors house. He was sitting up in his love seat in the living room. I noticed right then and there why I was here. Recalling the things he has mentioned to me in the past. How he wanted me to stay the night at his house so he wouldn't be "lonely" Oh, did I hate the thought of me ever sleeping with him or even next to him Gave me the goosebumbs all over the place. I walked into the living room and looked at his face. Hoping to recall what happened. But all he could do was smile at me and so my clothes are in the master bathroom. Why were they there and not in the guest bathroom? It was odd something I couldn't place my finger on I gracefully walk to the bathroom wringing my hands together, hoping nothing more will happen. My clothes were there like he said they were, but something wasn't right. I lifted the seat of the toilet to urinate. I looked down at my underwear and noticed blood. Wait a minute that shouldn't have happened. I had been raped. Lost my virginity to a man i don't even know. Thats all I could remember. My alarm clock blaring in my right ear. All I wanted to remember was I had a dream. Thats all. This poem goes out to all the rape victims like me and to bring those men/women to justice.....
