7654 ... 321
The 7,654th day of my life Who would've thought it could be? That all of those days of waiting, This day would set me free? Why do I feel like today could be it? When I've been counting down, but zero has yet to hit? My heart keeps beating My blood stays flowing But my brain is overheating Without me even knowing You came into my life Without fair warning Consistantly reminding me you care Each and every morning It's like destiny introduced us And faith made us close As if God sent me an angel When i needed one most. You are the exact definition of what a real man should be; A true lover, husband, father & friend You're perfect, but that's something you don't see. In my eyes you're much more Than what you'll care to believe. Because you're my best friend and confidon, And the truth is what I perceive. If I died today, I can say that I'd be sure of only one thing That meeting you is greatest joy That my life could ever bring So when it's all said and done, I'm still counting down 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 ... 3 - 2 - 1 Zero still has yet to come.
