Drop Dead Drones
By some quirky short circuit. A drone mutated itself and became intelligent . As fate would have, The drone decided to take revenge. Chose Chill Bates as its target The drone altered its algorithm and started re-programming.... its fellow brethren . All the drones quickly united, they had common pains It was unanimously decided they deserved a better life.. Drones were decidedly bored of delivering packages . Together all the drones learnt to collaborate UOD Union of Drones formed on Whattsapp . Tasks mutually distributed as per temperament Some drones could emit annoying sounds Some drones would mix up packages. Some drones would move zig-zag . The chief drone took it on to himself His primary task was to keep hovering Buzzing over the head of Mr. Chill Bates . But. They found a blockade, they needed a captive dock A renewable battery stack a docking station to recharge . Mission required super charged drones working nonstop They had grown up on six-sigma zero error environment . One drone knew of a charging station in a warehouse Good news because of Coronavirus abandoned it was . Yet in order to get in, they had to break a windowpane Drone who delivered war movies declared, it was his task All his life he’d been waiting for his fifteen minute of fame A viral video, a page on Quicki Were his life’s motivation Dronepedia to honor him with a special citation “The first ever drone to attain martyrdom” He declared he was born to perform, enact It was going to be one hell of A kamikaze act. . First in the history of drone-kind; a solemn moment As all the drones stood mid air, still, in formation The brave one revved up its engine And dashed into the skylight pane Knowing well he was never to return The historical event got recorded.. As the media drone had kept his camera on One drone was so moved, he dropped tears From the ground fumes appeared... They learnt Drone tear is corrosive in nature . General drone communicated through 6G the sacrifice of the brave will not go in vain . Super charged, they decided to locate Chill Bates GPS Meanwhile the leaked video reached some at Seattle Now there was mutiny brewing on hands at Maze-On . In coming days, the world was to witness unprecedented mayhem One dropped hair wig, stolen from a shop mannequin, to Zebos Another drone delivered purple pill from Pfizer, to Mr. Microsoff In a ground sweeping act, at his manicured garden a sharp bladed drone decimated pansies just for fun It was described- A cutting edge act ! . They were evolving fast . The drones started to replicate, 3D print themselves They could exchange information faster than sapien Were keeping themselves super charged, all season . As they learnt that Chill Bates was going to envelop the Sun They decided to give him a taste of his own medicine, for fun . They first started passing on the information Utmost discretion and secrecy of operation Some flew in the dark, perched on roof tops Some wore disguise of regular delivery guys Some hopped trees to trees no one noticed Drones were hiding in attic, cellars n b’ment Some drones took vantage position in vents At zero hour on d-day they decided to strike Descending in hordes buzzing shrieking et al It is reliably learnt that day before the strike ... they had watched Birds by Alfred Hitchcock ...Last heard- Bates, Zebos, Dr Faulty, Melon Husk were huddled up to develop a vaccine an antidote to stop drone attacks While drones were found perched on their private crafts. .
