The Journey Abroad the Sea
A ship once sailed in the wide open sea A ship once called "All Aboard" to the ones who dared to take risks Some heard that call and ran towards it Slowly, they stepped onto its body... Whilst fear with a pinch of courage overwhelmed them... Turning back now was too late, For the ship had sailed into the wide open sea... Sunset approached the ship As the sun slowly dipped into the sea... The sky was painted red, orange, and yellow by then, Calling out those who would care to join them To paint the world with sleep... Some of those on the ship rejected the call As their eyes gazed at the stars up high For they were lanterns that guide... Their pondering and gazing soon stopped For they eyelids couldn't handle it anymore... And so they slowly glued together Calling out to their masters "Go To Sleep..." Calling to their beholders, to the ones on the ship.."Go To Sleep..." Time passed so gently as the clock ticked by Thus, a warm, gentle ray touched their faces Carressing them to wake up A smile spread upon their faces As their eyes greeted the sun with a gentle blink... That day, the sun played with the clouds Whilst the wind and birds joined with pride Yet, the journey was about to end For the ship called once again But this time it wasn't a welcoming "All Aboard" In fact, it was a whistle waving goodbye... Slowly, the ones the ship hands And step by step went towards the land Yet, a sound was heard from behind As they turned behind towards the sea, Something beautiful was displayed... Where the sea was waving goodbye...
