Love Still Remains
You are my only, even when there will be no more sun to shine or moon to light the night, You'll still be; The one. You are my everything, even when I'll say goodbye to earths darkness and all that I will lose, You'll still be; all I need. You are my every moment, even when time is no more and now is all I have ( so it seems ) at times, You'll still be; forever. You are my strength, even when my heart fails and no more love have I to give, You'll still be; the love I own. You are my reason I am, even when I cease to be and am no longer me, You'll still be; all that I am. You are my first ever I loved, even though I give love to others and hold them dear when they go away, You'll still be; my first love. You are the stillness in me, even when my world is spinning out of control and it falls to peices before me, You'll still be; the solid rock I stand upon. Take away all that I know and see, all that I hold dear on earth and those I've come to love, Your love still remains! (c) Rosemarie Schrock May 06, 2008
