too many life are wasting

too many crimes are
committed down there
there is no gentle ghetto
in the world
is always painted
with a hard life

we are the rejected stones

we are the ones in the streets
we are the forgotten Wailer's
in the forgotten ghettos
our life's are at a low value
they say
we are the providers of our own
by our selves
cos our government
are of no use to our needs
we are never remembered
so our life's are used and
turned away like
the used condoms
on our streets of grieves
were the innocent light
up their life to high drugs
this is always common
on our ghetto
so is never difficult to find
on so many coners of
our dirty poor communities

what else are we left with
so many youth at home
jobless
so many youth are at the streets
no money for school fees
even when paid still
schools are closed
our parents are hard working
yet not enough to pay
our cheap bills
our mother's are struggling
that to no avail
no wonder our ghettos are
busy with crimes
our young girls are used
to prostitution
if you care to know why
the used condoms
are common to find
in our streets
our young men are
frustrated
so hard drugs are
never far from
their fingers
so at everyday gathering
of the poor youths
used lighters are the
kick of each drug take
in case you care to know
why used lighters are
common in our communities

what else do we have

we are living in the ghetto

corruption
we are the rejected stone

we must survive
used lighters and used condoms
drug addiction is high
on every ghetto
prostitution is never hard
to find on our ghetto's
poverty bleeds this all
why does this poverty
exist in the first instance
could be the answer
that could turn our
reality to our dreams
if our leaders still got heart
the devalued life's in our
ghettos are not getting
low percentage
the Cry's of our raped
innocent sister's
bleeds too many unwanted
babies roaming around
dirty in the ghettos
I still wish our leaders
got a soul
our ghettos could have
been a sweet home
of peace
instead it bleeds
to grieves and sexual
abuse
and this bleeds alot
in our streets
used lighters and used condoms
