I'm battling these demons every day,
Reminders of you everywhere!
Still can't believe you're married and gone...
Still can't believe you're not here!
We faced those adversities together,
We stood together through thick and thin
It was always us against the world...
Now it's just me here, and you're with him
I always dreamed of a life together,
I always believed we could begin again,
Just two lost stars trying to find our way,
Now you're whole and I'm just broken
The world says it's easy to move on,
Plenty of fish in the sea!
I've tried and tried and I just can't find
Anyone else who completes me!
I'm not sure where things went wrong
And I know I'm the one who's at fault,
I know we could have fixed things
But it's too late now, you've finally moved on.
You're probably laughing and smiling,
With no second thought about me...
