Best Intruders Poems
Unwelcome VisitorsThere's something scary
Happening in this place.
I must be very wary,
And not leave a trace.
There are beings here
That just don't belong
They feel unnaturally *****,
So strange, so wrong.
It took so long to adjust
Each layer as filth accrues.
Centuries of cobwebs, dust,
Slimes, molds and mildews.
I spooked a bit their dogs and cats,
And made their youngest scream.
I tried to scare...

IntrudersIn the wet clash of tongues,
Bent to each others desire,
Open mouth in the simple fun,
We breathe our power on life.
Intoxicated lip crushes,
Desirous of each other,
In sequestered frolic grips;
Forms vocals in intoned cries:
Wish for the kinkiest function;
And surveys high performance?...

Intruders, Strangers and the Attic RoomIntruders, Strangers And The Attic Room
Intruders in the parlour,
Strangers at the door,
Shut me in the attic room,
It's you they're looking for.
Shut me in the attic room

When intruders and strangers
Into the parlour came
You...

And a mop never rubs.
9 April...

Torch Lake Vii - Local IntrudersMy boy and I hung over the Elk Rapids dam railing
Shirtless
With lines swung in the churning water
The iron hum of turbines rattling through our elbows
He lands a nice Crappie
And as he rescues the bass
He looks not at his dad
Or the helpless fish staring up in horror
But watches to see if the old stern man
Fishing on...

Intruders
Please be informed that I knock on everyone's door..
I will enter your home or space whether or not you
Open to me. Some of you will willingly allow me
To move in and live with you indefinitely.
The best and the strongest among you will
Acknowledge my reality but will never give me
A continual dwelling place.
My name is GRIFE....
