If our love is a sin, then heaven must be full of such tender and selfless sinning as ours— Radclyffe Hall
Explore themes of love and identity
Of Stephen Gordon’s innate sense of masculinity
Since a child, her desire, ‘women’
The idea that if love is considered a sin
The unfolding of a female sexual invert
The act of loving must be a tender selfless act, revert?
Love itself is not inherently sinful or
complexities of love, we shan’t ignore
But rather the circumstances surrounding it
Misfits from Malvern to London and then to Paris!
Ira furor brevis, the frailty, taboo and strife
Fellow q***r characters, all walks of life
From the *sapphic salon hostess Valérie Seymour
To the 'miserable army' and more
of outcasts that frequents the 'merciless
Drug-dealing, death-dealing' bars of Montmartre
Written in another time, still support and solidarity to
generations of LGBTQ genre
*Sapphic is an umbrella term for same-gender loving women or woman-aligned people, including lesbians and bisexual+ women. It is used to describe topics, activities, and ideas related to same-sex attraction among women. The term can also refer to the Greek lyric poet Sappho.
My mom is a rosebush
lovely and red
but if you are careless
you’ll wind up quite dead.
My dad is a slide rule
useful and endearing
whose entire career
has been engineering.
My bro is a penguin
laid-back and cool
who hangs out with buddies
his size up at school.
I am a journal
tucked out of sight
listening, watching
more chapters to write.
We are four
corners of a square
connected by thin lines
inside the same lair.
Man to man
If you are a homosexual
You need to change—
I present a 'contextual' analysis
Based on a pretext and a post-text!
Your emotion is based on something
God 'your Source did not design'
Therefore. sign a 'new' beginning in your life
Be honest with God the Father and
Jesus can impact your life so that you
Can understand your purpose in life
Homosexuality is a perversion of the truth!
Do not remain perplexed or
You will be vexed with ‘deceit’
I might not understand your 'perspective'
But understand God's 'objective' when
He sent His Son to die for you and me!
Man to man
You need to change!
Homosexuality is wrong
My Government’s (Heavenly) position is clear.

King Omsorg marched at the front of his column
His intention to kill fellow Danes
He met his first man, bashed him over the head,
But his column had ran away
Form:
Seventeen.
Seventeen cups of coffee.
Seven years ago.
They met.
Awkward, but willing.
To meet again.
They dated.
One loved coffee.
He drank no more than seventeen cups a day.
The other hated coffee with his entire being.
Two years later.
One lost to time.
The other screamed and yelled, 'No'.
But the person he needed, he could not find.
A year later.
Anniversary.
He found a ring,
In the pocket of their hoodie.
He screamed.
He cried.
But the person he loved,
He could not find.
Coffee.
Coffee.
His love drank coffee.
Now did he.
Four more years.
He's back at the park.
The park where they met.
With his seventeenth cup.
Acceptance.
He's accepted it.
All the coffee he's drunk.
Ends with this last cup.
His seventeenth cup.
Seventeen.
Seventeen cups of coffee.
