WORSHIP
Pray everywhere,lifting up holy hands,
lift toward Him,pour out your heart,
like water,before the face of the Lord,in
the sanctuary.Lift up hands in the name 
of the Lord toward the Holy place,spread
out to the Lord . High praise in your mouth
as a living sacrifice,a form of submission,
an act of homage.A physical act,to
revere&venerate and raise our minds to
God as Jesus did.
