Virgin crystal flakes lucent feature,
Journey downwards from heaven,
Falling round shimmering nature.
Limbs Stretch High. A numbing breath driven,
Winter wet embrace forgiven.

First Winter of favorite song,
The early snow buntings arrived
Chirping engagingly along
Plaintive worlds soul better contrived
With feathers windswept life revived

Their wings meet the air with a force
Gentle uplifting wind-caught snow
Swift rise and fall, guided trace course
So small adrift the wind doth blow
Cold winter snow drape out below

You have written a wonderful atmospheric poem here Eve that has great cadence and adhered seemlessly to what I consider anyway, a difficult poetic form. Well done and congratulations on your deseved win in Brian's contest. Cheers - Gary
