Wash Your Hands
Wuhan flu of twenty twenty was it a biochemical warfare attack
was it because someone in China was hungry for a raw bat
Without warning the world, China let it spread far and wide
was China silent for its foolish pride
Coronavirus with its little crowns
how our enemies see we are easy to knock down
But we must unite and put politics aside
to beat this flu virus on our first try
Thankfully most infected will recover
Will win this battle with the vaccines we discover
For those we lose we pray for them and theirs
Keep faith be brave by these words
Wash your hands
Don't shake hands
wash your hands
Only wear face mask if sick
wash your hands
Try not your nose to pick
wash your hands
Don't touch your face
wash your hands
Give everyone personal space
wash your hands
Self quarantine if your sick
wash your hands
Working from home does the trick
wash your hands
Sneeze into your sleeve
wash your hands
Knock elbows to greet please
wash your hands
Go on line for the rules
wash your hands
Everyone is now home schooled
wash your hands
Beware of containment zones
wash your hands
Visit granny by using a phone
wash your hands
Buy toilet paper by the ton
wash your hands
Streaming replaces outdoor fun
wash your hands
Sports are cancel everywhere
wash your hands
Media gleefully spreads panic and fear
wash your hands
Empty grocery shelfs appear
wash your hands
Stock market down, economy beware
wash your hands
Test test and test some more
wash your hands
Don't touch the doorknobs on the doors
wash your hands
Clean surfaces with Clorox wipes
wash your hands
Eat at home every night
wash your hands
Use hot soapy water to clean those hands
wash your hands
For twenty seconds I understand
wash your hands
We will get through this Wuhan flu
wash your hands
Wash your hands
America is counting on you
wash your hands
