Today!
Enjoy today and all it has to offer
for tomorrow has yet to happen,
yesterday has been and gone
and today brings many things
that will be tomorrows' memories.
Waking with the morn'
brings the promise of many good things
that can be remembered for years to come
also, it can bring things best forgotten.
Today is but a repeat of many yester-years
it has been said that what goes around, comes around
yesterday can be either today,
or tomorrow waiting to happen again
perhaps creating better memories
by learning from what the past shows us
in order for us to enjoy today.
