Teachers Used To Have a Dress Code

Teachers used to have a moral code and a dress code. Now many of them arrive half-clad from their abode. When they bend to teach, students spy their pinkish thong. Nipple rings peeking through lacy blouses seems wrong. I want to judge and make rules for the others if I may. But if you try to help me dress, you’ll not have a good day.

I had nuns from first to eighth grade. My curiosity was existential: was their flesh and blood under those black habits? In high school (nonCatholic) the male teachers wore suits, the female teachers wore semiformal dresses, though my Business 1 teacher dressed to the nines as if she was at a cocktail party. My pet peeve now is I wish nurses wore smart white outfits with white caps – they look professional. / Maurice

It is crazy now. I once saw a young woman bent over and her entire bright pink thong was showing at the top of her plumber's crack. Of course these third graders noticed.
