Praise Stomp--

PRAISE STOMP-- And if David danced before the LORD with all his might This must have been a funny sight To his brethren and fellow man David was girded with a linen ephod. Let them praise his name in the dance Let them sing praises to him … Oh! And how did he dance It could have been like this… David did what he did While amongst us he did The Praise Stomp This is how David dance You (he)sway to the right Take two jumps up Elbows out Hands in prayer position Palms touching each other Jump into the air about seven inches Coming down on your left leg/foot Stick your chest out Hold your arms and hands up Like a “V” for victory Hands fingers spread waving them Like a bird trying to break free And when you’re done do it again This is the Praise Stomp Raised arms and hands To the skies like a “V” for victory Then come down do the ground on two bending knees Then fold your hands together celebrating palms together Praising God salutations Just in the air knees still bended Wave your hands open ended.. This is somewhat like a praise jump.. David dance the PRAISE STOMP… The Lord is God, and he has given us light; let the holy dance be ordered with branches, even up to the horns of the altar David dance the PRAISE STOMP… 4/28/18
