"plastics" (Based On "the Graduate")

“Plastics”, is the word the man said To Ben who just graduated from college, At his parent’s party that was so dead. “Plastics”, is the word the man said, As he floated off in the pool instead, Soon to enjoy Mrs. Robinson carnal knowledge. “Plastics”, is the word the man said To Ben who just graduated from college.

Just reading the title started me laughing, Joe. I still remember that scene from the movie and how, afterward, Ben was floating in the pool as Simon and Garfunkel crooned "Sounds of Silence." Very cool poem, as I have come to expect from you. Thanks for your gracious comments on my bucket list. Hope there's a way I can accomplish each of the items on the list! Having a nice vacation. Love, Carolyn
