My God, Thank You For Giving Me Wisdom

Key Verse – Proverbs 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME WISDOM
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your Word
Allowing me to hide in my heart Your truth-record
So that I can apply Your precepts in my devotion-cord
While striving to live holy using the Spirit’s sword.
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your commandments
Allowing me to obey You midst rebellion-detriments
So that I can follow Your steps against worldly sentiments
While doing my best to stay close to You against materialistic allurements.
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your principles
Allowing me to learn from Your doctrines midst falsity-ripples
So that I can teach by Your proverbs’ examples
While performing well in stewardship pursuit by Your standard samples.
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your instructions
Allowing me to hear heavenly knowledge with divine interpretations
So that I can understand Your will’s functions
While serving You willingly despite my limitations.
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your chastening
Allowing me to declare Your corrections for my sinning
So that I can testify about Your compassionate disciplining
While trusting You in my faith-refining.
Thank You for giving me wisdom thru Your advice
Allowing me to refrain from indulging in deceitful device
So that I can choose to gain from Your truths that suffice
While advancing with Your prudence precious of worthy price.
