Multicultural Multicolours

An aged lady, sitting resplendent
Adorned in shades of lilac, elegant
And poised portrait divine! Transcendent!

A women walks with bended arm that holds
A draping robe of regal reds and golds -
Her body's motions flowing in the folds.

A youthful form of psychedelic hues,
Mosaic blends of oranges and blues
On fabric splashed; on skin, tinted tattoos.

These colours multifarious, sublime,
With which we decorate ourselves outshine
Whatever other colours us define.
