Life!!

Life has been a story of much to tell. Full of misery and pain, as if someone had
cast a spell. It's been so many tears, and so many worries. Will life ever be filled
with glory? Bang, bang, from the gunshots at night. Wah, wah, babies crying from
their mom and dads fight. Drug dealers selling poison on the street. Young
women prostituting, just for something to eat. Little boys being raped, by one of
their own kind. All signs are right in their parents face, but yet still to blind.
Church, isn't about prayer anymore, it's about money. People lie, steal, beat,
accuse, and laugh like it's all funny. Teachers, are sleeping with students, as if
it's a game. The law is beating, arresting, and prosecuting without knowing
whose to blame. We're fighting a war, losing innocent lives, over a phony victim.
Everyone's mad now, pointing the finger, why,we picked him. Everything, is so
expensive, nothing is cheap anymore. It's all about who knows who, and whose
going to open the door. No respect or yearning for true love. It's all about sex,
money, and whose sitting on the biggest dubs. The clubs aren't about partying
and having fun any, ore. It's all about whose wearing what, and how much money
is floating around the dance floor. The parks are no longer for children to play
and enjoy. It's for gambling, slanging, and a local dope boy. Relationships,
change like time and underwear. You never know who truly cares. It's all about
hustling and each man for himself. Marriages, hardly ever last till death.
Liposuction, plastic surgery, so you don't know who you are. It's all about big
diamonds and jewels, and of course a fancy car. Life is not paradise, painted as
this beautiful memory or smile. Life is something that to understand, it will sure
take a while....
