Struggle For Peace
Beneath the shiny crescent's gentle glow,
In shadows deep, near the waterfall flow.
We'll trace the constellations in the night,
Whispered vows exchanged, our spirits take flight,
We shall contrive and solemnly avow,
To stand unyielding, side by side, we shall grow,
Our aims entwined, like rivers and streams,
Flowing and rainbow hues of optimistic dreams,
Exploring mysteries in the pale moonlight,
A falling star, in the velvet night,
In whispered dreams, and imaginary thoughts,
In our endless struggle to end widespread droughts,
As darkness fades, and dawn breaks into sight,
In moonlit grace, our spirits take their flight,
With every breath, we shall navigate our fate,
Out of these murky paths, evolving out of hate,
Struggling for peace hopes turn into remains,
Entwined like matted vines, though our unity sustains,
Intact, and we sing a parting song so strong,
Leaving each other's arms, to go where we belong.
