I Must Write
I couldn't sit idly by with my arms up in the air
Nor could I not at least try or ever no longer care
No I can not just be silent and not say anything at all
Thus these messages I have sent, saying please don’t fall
A matter of insight from just such a way taken
When you don’t do right, it is you who you are forsaken
And the further that you drift the swifter is the tide
Being sifted by the sifter who says you need not abide
Well here is a line, a bright shinny ray of hope
Come out of that brine for there’s no need to mope
Call upon His Name that is all that I continually ask
For life is never the same when in God’s Glory you bask
Tomorrow I will be back again retelling His story
For though we all lack, we can be saved in His Glory
Just say you finally believe and you hear what I say
Then I can finally leave and just be able to walk away.
