Fall Ing

Carbohydrates, caffeine and chocolate

Crave, create and crash
The season of darkness upon us
Time for a hundred yard dash

To the food mart
Fill up the cart
With stimulants and cheer

Same old story,
same solution
Just a different year

Love it! Very easy to relate. Like Waylon used to sing, "Climbing a ladder that leads to a hole in the ground!" Well written my friend..........80).....Patrick

Seems like I write something about the season of darkness every year, but I'm way more cheerful about it than I used to be — plus, I eat way less choc'lit. Spose there's a connection? :-) Cheerios and froot loops! (plus hugs, of course) ~ j
