Demons

I prayed to God today
I prayed Lord please show me the way
Why is it so hard
To live this life
To do right by my wife
To be the man 
To stand
Without falling
Without stalling
To live life full of love
And not let anger destroy what was sent from above
To say I'm sorry
To show my pain
Instead of hide it
Not lasing out
Not Hurting you 
Maybe killing myself is the only way
But I'm still trying
And in the end the demon will be washed away
And my life
My heart 
My soul
Will be reborn a new day
And I can say I'm better
I changed
And I'll love you 
Till my last breath
Till the end of my days
