Countless Rings

Through the hours, minutes and days, she waits, listening silently to the way things are. She speaks very seldom, her words, powerful as the mighty oak, sweet as the cherry blossom. Her hair swaying in the wind, her voice sings away, her heart, it calls my name, and her eyes tell an endless tale, she has story after story in her lovely mind, her mind as complex as the rings of the tree, her mind as solid as the bark of the redwood, her mind as quiet as the willow. She is her own beautiful flower, she is her own lovely plant. She stands against all who oppose her, she is the strongest there is, her words are solid, her mind is sweet, her soul is endless as the rings of her own tree.
