Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required Time waits for no man. The saying goes. Does it not? I beg to differ. Yes , we are Governed by it. Ruled by time. Our lives are constantly 'on the clock'. You have a due date at birth, Sometimes early , sometimes late. Always the clock rules our lives. Late for school. Late for work. Chastised because you don't conform to the clock. No praise for being early, Only noticed when you're tardy. Appointments must be met with military precision. Doctors , Dentists , interviews...... We must be on time. Who sets the standard? Why are our lives set out by a calendar and clock that man invented? Causing us to rush , or worry to even be a minute late. Then work! Don't be late or we will again chastise. And as the clock ticks when our life ebbs. We are told as disease ravages our bodies and mind. You only have months or years to live. To die suddenly takes away the 'precious time' . The time spent with the ones we love and who in turn love us. Not me though! I am not restricted by time. I plan to live as long as I want. So far so good!!!
