Nightmares
My kidnappers grabbed me and brought me outside cold, shackled and shivering I watched them with surreal eyesight shoveling till they dug a grave six foot deep they laid me in the pine coffin and placed me in the grave, Hearing the dirt being shoveled on top my heart beat so loud I thought it would pop till all was quiet as I laid in my death trap surrounded by blackness in the bowels of the cold earth, Breathing very slowly I tried not to cry but the teardrops came and fell nonetheless wondering why those masked people did this to me I stopped crying and screamed out incessantly, But of course to no avail were my screams heard so I lay there instead gasping for air knowing that very soon would be my demise I abruptly woke up in bed and in disbelief rubbed my eyes. 1-21-18
