My Own Nemesis (Part 2)
Within my transformation my sight changes... I now can see dark purple veins, like cables, passing throughout the beast, also I can make out a face not quite demonic, but no less familiar. With Rage now coursing through the very arteries of my new form I can taste flesh and blood in my mouth as I lick my curled lips. Releasing a savage howl that cracks the very foundation of earth I leap at the closest vessel sinking my claws deep into it then tear it open like tissue paper. I feel its oozing body quiver as the blood rushes to leave through the new opening. I leap for the next, slicing through it seditiously, then the next and the next, working my way towards the head. My castle, now bathed in blood, is little more than a rubbage pile as the towers disolve in the bluish, acidic blood seeping over everything. Only now do I realize the destruction of the attack, which drives me deeper into my Rage. I start shredding the not quite dead carcass like I was a bomb that exploded within the creature. As the pieces hit the ground they turn to liquid, and seep into the soil. When there is nothing left in front of me, I stop. Turning around, I find no sign of the beast, just its destruction. Now that my castle is a pile of stone and my lands are poisoned I have no means of finding her or Sorrow who has vanished. All I'm left with is Rage, who is still within me, and I don't know if I want to let him out.
