Once she had a gallant lover, a soldier mate of her dear brother. Yet now a letter does uncover, the truth that he has found another. Along the shores of choral sand once she walked with him, hand in hand. In her heart he was the man to grace her with a wedding band. She muses over line by line and prays that she will heal in time. Until she reads where Brother signs, “Believe me Sis, his life is mine.” Quickly Jane wrote him a letter. “Believe ME when I say I’m better. Let not hate become a tether. There’s no need to let this fester.” Her letter is delayed for days by rain, wind and foggy haze while two went on with vengeful ways. At count of ten, both men are slayed. A letter came within a week. while Jane was coping with her grief. It stated words beyond belief "Forgive me Jane. I daily weep Read the words I told your brother. 'I love Jane only and no other. There was a lie to be uncovered.' Jane be my wife, my lifetime lover."
