I remembered today how you left without warning, no time for me to accept your awful goodbye- Now I live in anguish, every minute I’m mourning, and there’s never a twinkle of joy in my eye. I found out today you’re happy and free, I’m stuck in a mindset of stoicism and so aloof- Why couldn’t you stay and love only me? I guess in loving me you had no proof.
