The Wolf On Broadway Pt 2
I saw a raven it was flying high In the morning sky And then a rose 7 dark beings Of which i did not know But I knew it was going to be a fight I couldn't foresee, so I take with me My trusty sword so you can see me Slash and Thrash I'll cut you limb by limb Sever your head and rip the heart from your still beating body So you can see I tore it up and cut you apart With verbal rules you didn't know how to react To my composer so you sat there and Called me anti social for you did not know That the words you use can be used to make Cuts that bleed that we think are as deep as the sea Which you may grow to regret because you couldn't See past the way people look and act When you gotta get close to the soul, the heart Of a person to get inside the mind of the friend That may just turn out to be a fiend for the fact You might not like that friend you imagined So you pull out a stiletto knife jab em in they're throat Pull it out and make them taste it before They pass right on to the afterlife and be forgotten This raven summoned things you couldn't believe Pride, Wrath, Sloth and Gluttony,Lust, Greed and Envy And what they took from me was the love that i had And turned it into a sin to be left forsaken Torn apart bent and broken Thrown against the ground kicked and punched But I never gave up, no, I didn't I kept on tryin and I'm here standing And screaming but you do not see it For I hide it with this mind I control Of mine to not be let down and told I'll be forgotten
