I Know Why Stars Shoot Downwards
I know why stars shoot downwards to the earth it is not science at work nor gravitational pull its behavior of stars that never looked at the sky When they are up in the sky young and active spend time using their light to trap and eat crickets strange little things take up work times and talents But elephants and whales in seas exist and swim free when mature, old, frail, eaten by years poorly lived little things vanish, big ones rise and threaten them With little energy and looming threat stars act in haste battles are lost as they fight poor fight in lost battles against bed bugs, cockroaches that do not retaliate I know why stars shoot downwards Stars that look up the skies and live there right live forever in peace with the blue and the earth
