Faceless Warning
I couldn't sleep, I couldn't sit, I went out for a walk Nighttime breeze feels uplifting, it gave me chance for thought Deep in my mind the questions flew and quiet answers were found The steps taken led to streets and views of light-scapes on black ground I heard voices I know stating cases I knew for why they were correct To examine the questions from all sides, these views I tried to recollect I found a track which looked subdued, something wasn't right? I heard voices and murmurs then sudden groans which gave me quite a fright The track seemed to beckon me to follow it into the night The street lights dimmed further down and then they disappeared Then shadows I saw moving side to side and silhouettes began to appear I couldn't move, I was scared to death, I was paralysed by fear Then a figure stopped in the middle of the track, I could visualise a hooded cloak He turned his head towards my view and and turned to face me here My mind was screaming at my feet and telling them to run The figure moved towards me and I was cold to the bone Just feet away he stopped and stared, facial features were not there He raised his hands then lowered his head as though he was at prayer When he raised his head no words had been uttered until then Then I heard him say the following words and I will always remember them: "The crows move east to find the beast, wild horses fill the field Animals know the nature of the beast and gather for the kill We must place our faith in God, we must act as his sword The evil presence grew from seed to full and now seeks to explore" "Go back to your life and we will stand as guardians at your door Behind those trees to your right an evil demon is entrapped" "If you see it or it sees you the link they want will be in place Then, through you they will spawn into the world and end the human race"
