A Week of Love Afair
It’s Monday morning I thanked for the broken heart It’s Monday morning… Where I used to smile at you.. Where I’m happy to see you.. It’s Tuesday morning Where the Sun is up… you’re here It’s Tuesday morning We used to cuddle around And you are embracing me… It’s Wednesday morning Where coffees on the table I used to serve hot With toasted bread and butter In a heart shaped form salver… It’s Thursday morning Where beautiful sounds I’ve heard All Birds are singing And we used to sing with them We’re laughing at our voice… It’s Friday morning Where I received a message “I Love him, get lost” I felt broken and betrayed Questions lingered with a shame.. Saturday morning I haven’t heard you around My heart weakened and Crying for the lies I’ve got “lub dub” “lub dub” “lub dub-lub” It’s Sunday morning Where I prayed for love to reign Hating you won’t help Though pain won’t just disappear Mem’ries I know will remain… It’s Monday morning Finally, I’m still alive… It’s Monday morning… Where I smiled at you… at once “Thank you for the pain, Get lost!”
