She held on so tight, but she didn't mind when that suicidal hate let her slip to her fate. She didn't scream or flail. All she did was smile. I tried to reach for her. I tried to understand. I must have cried a river for my dear friend. It wasn't I who could have saved her. It wasn't me who could have helped. She wanted it so badly that she jumped for herself. I wish I knew why. Or maybe I do? She always talked about how bad she wanted to be through. To get rid of the pain, and to clear her head. I just dont know why she would wish herself dead. I tried to save her. I really did, but you can't save someone who calls themselves dead.
