I looked into her pretty eyes, And found to my great surprise. A tear was sliding down her cheek, I was not sure if I should speak, Gathering courage I said out loud, Look over there I can see a cloud. It looks just like your lovely face But lack’s your kind elegant grace. She raised her eyes up to the sky, And then began to really cry. I pulled her hand up to my lips, Thus with her pain to come to grips I asked her in a gentle tone, If our walk we should postpone.
