Falling
Falling slowly, drowning in my tears No one knows my pain, my fears I tried to show them, bare my soul But still, no one tried to console Falling slowly, constantly alone I cant help but let out a painful moan The moment that i do the water rushes in A single drop for every forgotten sin Falling faster, the downward spiral goes on I'm getting worse no more mask will i don My vision starts to blur, my heart starts to slow This could have been stopped many moons ago Falling faster, maybe this isn't so bad No more pain or fears will be had I close my eyes before everything goes black Relaxed, arms out wide, head thrown back Falling no more. I accept this fate It was set since mine and depression's first date Let the pain and fear believe they have won But I know differently, I feel neither, not a single one Falling no more, on the floor I lay An ocean of tears, is the price I pay No one cares, no one is calling If they cared they could have stopped me from falling
