Victim mentality or survivor mode; Yesterday's baggage becomes today's heavy load. Tunnel vision validates a wounded pride; When ego does not allow the heart to guide. Hate is easy for the weak of mind; Keeps you oppressed and left behind. Takes real courage to love past the wound; Find the hope and release the doom. Medicine Man, Medicine Man, mix the elixir well; Free us from our subconscious hell. Give us a taste of our own vibes; Sweet truths and bitter lies.
