Halloween
There was this little girl, Beth, who had a black cat, Her spirit for Halloween is like a little bat, Very excited and ready for the night, The night of fright. She wanted to be a witch, But her dress really itched, Her mom wanted her to be a beautiful princess, But she put her through stress. Beth and her friends wanted to go as a group, But now she is eating chicken soup, Not wanting to go trick or treating, Since her friends were retreating. Beth was really sad, But wanted to go really bad, She didn’t have anyone to go with, Except maybe Joseph Smith. She called him later that day, And he showed up wanting to play, Beth was delighted, And Joseph was happy he got invited. He dressed as Peter Pan, And she dressed as a Muffin Woman, So cute, As they ate some fruit. It’s dark outside, And Halloween is worldwide, Listening to cool beats, And getting lots of sweets. Coming home late, But wanting to skate, It was only eight
