His body shook wherever you would look And by heroin had been held by its hook Which for him was truly so hard to bare Whatever he did was downhill from there. This story thought I should share with you When a valiant veteran you happen to view Remember in battle how hard he had fought And then in the end himself he had shot. This poem should make you think about the plight of some Veterans. To know a veteran, do you have to be one yourself. No, because they are humans just like everyone else.
