Drawn To Love
As she places her hand over his heart, The promise kept meant more than being apart, She never cared about social views, She honored the love in her heart that was true, His heart was more important than what she heard, It meant more than all the labels in the world, What made no sense to others made complete sense to her, The heart underneath it all was revealed and unearthed, She stayed through influence with tears in her eyes, Her heart so much stronger than recognized, Misplacing sharing for recognition, The intent of her heart was not for attention, Drawn to love to form bonds of closeness, Giving part of her heart was of more importance, For when we leave this earth, the memories we cherish, Is the love that took the time to give so our hearts won't parrish, What may have meant nothing to them, meant everything to her, Because all that mattered to her was the love to come forth.
