Just One Word Can Destroy a Man
He knew what to do when you were sad, He knew what to do when you were mad, He knew what to do when you lost everything you had, He stayed everyday to dawn fixing those pieces of yourself that fell, He stayed waiting patiently giving his soul to you, He was the medicine you needed, He was the engineer fixing you when you fall, He made you well, you saw the bright side of the world you hated, He went to hell and back to make sure your intact, Until you snapped you cursed him out so bad, That when you felt greed you told him to leave, You told him he never did anything for you, That was the sliver bullet that hit his heart, He felt the lump in his throat, Everything he did for you meant nothing in those moments, When he left you to calm down, He never came back, you went looking for him, To realize he was your other half, The piece that made you stay intact, Now everyday to dawn you just waiting for him, Looking at the photo album he made, Looking at the memories you have made, When you were at your lowest he stayed, He was loyal to most hardest times you had, You read The poems he made until you stumble on one, The one that stand out the most, A tale about how he used all his power to make you happy for him he loved you, Until that bullet killed him, His walls were not so strong, For his strength was at a draw, His walls fall along the impact, Weed and alcohol couldn't fix him, You ask his friends where he was but they didn't know where, You went to the moon and back to find him, Has if he vanish you regret that moment until you saw the news to find out.
