The Blame Game
The Blame Game I’m tired of the blame, I’m sick of playing this game! No matter what I do… The outcome’s still the same. It's driving me insane, I can’t take all this pain! No matter what I do… These accusations drain. All that I can see, Are fingers pointed at me! No matter what I do… I can’t set myself free. Find anther scapegoat to point your finger at! I refuse to be your victim or your door mat I know everything is messed up now, But I never did that. You got me feeling faint, I know I’m not a saint! But this dysfunctional picture, My hands did not paint. Please leave me out of this mess, I can not take this stress! So stop your allegations, ‘Cause there’s nothing to confess! Who’s to blame when you can’t find the source? Who do you blame for veering off course? You never seem to blame yourself, 'Cause it seems you’ve no remorse! You expect me to admit, These crimes I never commit! I’m sick of playing this game! I think its time you quit! Please tell me how to clear my name! Please tell me how to right this claim! This game is getting pretty old, And you’re the one to blame.
