Should Be Ricocheting
Should Be Ricocheting When writing poems, it is with much pleasure For you to read and do truly deeply treasure And will be always great beyond all measure Reading at your leisure with much pleasure. Maybe many more things prefer to mention All of my poems are now a modern rendition Of each economic and environmental condition That of Congress seems to have some suspicion. Regarding all them much of my curiosity grew And if they were to know what I now knew When you want stable economy and fresh air God and Jesus both together are perfect pair. After every time that you soon start praying Turn poems into songs and then start playing And do it this very instant with no delaying Positive things off wall should start ricocheting. Is poem both problematic as well as pathetic? James Thomas Horn, Retired Veteran
